About the partner programme
Is there a minimum commitment or upfront fee?
No. There is no upfront fee to become a partner and no minimum number of clients or devices. You only pay Qraalys when you process a client order.
How does the wholesale pricing work?
We charge you a flat wholesale rate per device per month. You set whatever rate you want to charge your clients — the difference is your margin. We never reveal our rate to your clients.
Can I use my own company name and logo?
Yes, that's the core of the programme. You upload your logo and invoice details in the partner portal. Your clients only see your branding. Qraalys is entirely invisible to them.
How does payment work?
When a client order is placed through your portal, you pay the Qraalys wholesale amount via Pesapal (card or M-Pesa). Provisioning on the platform happens automatically after payment completes.
What happens if a client needs more device slots?
You return to the client's page in the portal, select the additional slots, and process a new payment. Slots are added to the client's account immediately after payment.
What support do partners get?
Partners get access to documentation, email support, and a dedicated partner Slack channel. Technical issues on the platform are handled by Qraalys — you focus on the client relationship.
